If I were Free to Speak my Mind,
I'd tell a Tale to all of Mankind,
Of how the Flowers Bloom and Fade,
Of how we Fought, and how we Paid.
This weary World has had its Fill,
Of Words of War on every hill,
The Time has come for Peaceful Days,
And Peaceful men of Peaceful Ways.
When all of Mankind has Ceased to Fight,
I'll raise my head in Thanks each Night,
For this Return, and all it Means,
For Golden Days and Peaceful Dreams.
~Peter, Paul, and Mary
We know that Freedom is not Free.
To all our Servicemen and Women in the
both Past and Present:
from those of us back Home.

We can ask
ourselves simple questions
and the answers can be quite amazing.
If the Ladybug crawling across the leaf is a Gift
to be thankful for, then who are you?
If the Swallow swooping and chittering outside
is a Delightful Messenger,
then who am I?
I am amazed how readily
when the Heart is open,
the Spirit is on Fire,
and the Willingness

Legendary rock icon Jimi Hendrix said, "When the Power of Love Overcomes the Love of Power, the World will know Peace." Hendrix understood the Hegemonic and Oppressive Expressions of power stand in the Way of Positive Social Change. He Recognized that our Social and Cultural Obsession with Domination- Driven Power Diminishes our Humanity and our Potential to Transcend from war, violence, and the fear that Separates us... These words also Provide us with a Glimpse at the Possibility of a Sustainable and Sacred way to Live and Lead through a Common Truth most of the World's Traditions Revere: Love.

And then all that has divided us will merge
And then compassion will be wedded to power
And then softness will come to a world that is harsh and unkind
And then both men and women will be gentle
And then both women and men will be strong
And then no person will be subject to another's will
And then all will be rich and free and varied
And then the greed of some will give way to the needs of many
And then all will share equally in the earth's abundance
And then all will care for the sick and the weak and the olde
And then all will nourish the young
And then all will cherish life's creatures
And then all will live in harmony with each other and the earth.
And then everywhere will be called Eden once again.
